I recently purchased a browning citori 20 ga. The fellow that owned it changed the original butt plate to a recoil pad. He misplaced the original and I would like to switch it back to the original. I hear that it's tough to find an exact match and that you would have to get one shaped to fit. Question is anyone know of somebody in southwestern ontario that does this? Thanks!

I don't know if your original stock was curved or flat at the rear of it. Most recoil pads require the rear of the stock be ground flat. Plus the screws for the pad and original plate often don't line up and the holes may require plugging. If this was done you won't find a factory plastic butt plate that will fit.
