I see that I'm not the only one working on a stock duplicator. Mine is going to be a bit lighter duty than yours. Where did you get your pillow blocks and rods? I've been given thomson linear bearings and I have to say thank god they were free! Here's how mine should be looking .

Well I've made a little more progress this weekend. Got my arms welded together. Also got a holder made for the follow to attach to. I found a decent router on sale that I picked up as well. It's a fixed base Hitachi, 2.25 hp, variable speed. It should work well I think. The last big hurdle will be the rotating tail stock.

I`m looking forward to seeing the finished machine, a buddy of mine has a large duplicator 5 or 6 spindle if i remember right. He rarely uses more than 1 or 2 unless he gets a large order.
