Hoping to start a list of stockmakers and stock Fitters.
I suppose this might go in the gunsmith forum, but surely the knowledge base is here.

I'll start with Artisan Stock and Gun Works in Niagara Falls, Canada

Jakob Strasser is a German trained gun smith and stock maker. He's located south of Calgary. He has re-finished a few stocks for me and has built custom stocks for a number of clay target enthusiasts in the Calgary area and across western Canada. Excellent work.

Don’t look for a stocker close to you…..look for a good stocker.

Yes, same person. Jakob has been on his own for several years.
