PLS REMOVE Does anyone know where I could pick up a stock and forearm for a Marlin 336RC pitol grip (wood preferred). I'd like to put a newer stock on but don't know if it would fit.
I don't recall ever seeing after market stocks for your rifle Animal.5 Maybe Boyd's ?? You can also get them from Marlin, but that could take a while with border issues..
Why not consider refinishing the stocks you have. There's no shortage of material especially on the perch belly forearms! You might end up with the best results just doing this
Thanks guys got hold of them and the Marlin factory reccomends them! Ordered a synthetic stock and front band this morning. Original stock was to badly damaged (gouged) and front forearm was very sloppy. Rifle is a 1951 so it needed a face lift.
