Hi all

I have a bubbad mauser with really odd stock dimensions.
I'd like to re-barrel it and make it into a hunting rifle. Problem is it has the old military stock and I would like to put some nice wallnut on it.
Boyds has the stock I need but they can not ship to canada, so does anyone here make rifle stocks?
Or know where I may find somebody who sells them?
I am not interested in tupperware stocks but will go with it as a last resort.
Thanks
Boer

Brownells offers a limited selection of walnut stocks for less than US$100.00 for th2 M98

Richards Microfit ships to Canada(or at least they did a year or so ago)

Another option would be to obtain a walnut blank and have it duplicated. Chris Wilcox in Cherryville, BC provides this service. IIRC, there is a fellow in Saskatchewan who also does duplicating. I can't think of his name offhand but perhaps others on this board may be able to help.

Sources of walnut blanks:

"...a bubba'd Mauser..." What model? Hunting stocks for Mausers aren't terribly hard to come by, but the model matters. Have a look here for what's available. He's not Numrich(they're sold out of some really pretty walnut stocks). Don't know if he ships here though. Add the W's. .gun-parts.com/mauserstocks/
Try Epp's too.
"...odd stock dimensions..." What's odd about them?
Having a walnut stock made from a blank will cost a fortune.
