I just got my first handgun not too long ago & I'm still waiting on my ATT so I only have 200 rounds of 9mm. I plan on putting about 250 rounds through it per range session.

Between 500 and 2000 rounds depending on the calibre. Rounds I shoot a lot I tend to keep more of. I try not to drop below 500 as I reload and various components have been hard to find on occasion. No powder or no primers are the main problems.

I buy/stock ammo when they are on special or bulk sales. Still have 40k Norinco .45acp left and 30k B&S 124gr 9mm.

I bought ammo from time to time and used to share bulk sales with friends. Long story short, I end up keeping all the ammo since they didn't pay me when the ammo came. But at the end of day is I am keeping very good ammo for very decent price. It was lucky that they didn't pick it up from me.
