Stock Ruger 10/22 with 12.5 inch barrel, is it considered restricted?

Looking to install a 12.5 inch barrel onto my stock Ruger 10/22, will it change the status to restricted? Please advise.

No, as long as you maintain 26" OAL, it still will be NR.

I had 10/22 with 8" barrel, 12", Krinker Plinker Kits, MG42 chassi.

how was the accuracy with the 8" barrel? Say at 100m? Thx bud!

Sorry cannot comment. My short barrel 22s, I normally just used them at the 25M pistol range that had alot of steel targets, or mag dumps.
