Stoeger 350 vs H&R Pardner pump

I saw BPS has the Pardner pump in their flier for $179.00. Granted it's only $199 new, but it seem cheap for a 12ga pump gun.
I can also get a Stoeger 350 for $320.00.

Is it worth the extra $? Cash is very limited but I don't want to regret it later.

Pardner is made in china and stocger is made in turkey, but low priced buget guns.
I would go with the Pardner its a better gun.

I won a Pardner pump at a Delta Waterfowl diner. I decided to keep it for a guest gun/spare. I was amazed at how well it worked for being made in China. It is an 870 copy, but twice the quality of the Express. The gun has worked flawlessly for about three different guys and has never failed. I had also won a Charles Daly a few years earlier, it was a POS, and ended up in the ocean after failing three times, and two trigger mechs.
