Stoeger/burris warranty experience?

According to Canada post my Burris Binos made it to stoeger on February 4th. Burris still shows them as not recieved. I called them and left a message asking for a call back but haven't heard from them at all.
Should I be doing anything?
Is this standard for them?
Or did Canada post drop them at the wrong address?

I have had a scope that has been replaced, still awaiting shipment back from Burris since January 28th

Did they mark it as recieved or did that take a while?
I'm not poor but $1500 binoculars disappearing stings.

I've had the same issue, was not marked as received till long after

Stoeger doesn't mark it received...it won't show anything until Burris in the the US has it
the one I am currently waiting on was shipped just before Christmas 2025, received at Burris USA January 27th 2026.
January 28th they decided that my scope would be replaced under warranty...later that day they let me know what model it would be replaced with and its status has been awaiting shipment every since.
Whenever Stoeger gets their next shipment from Burris it will be shipped to me from Stoeger...3-5 months is normal this is my third warranty replacement with them

Stoeger's office near me in Oshawa Ontario has been very good in the past, usually back to me in less than a day! I called them about shipping as they had free for $100+ orders and I had bought a sale item for $99.99 and not only did they honour the free shipping but sent an extra set of Chokes with the order.
