I have a m2000 (older model with white bead) that I bought new maybe 5 years ago. During break in, it did jam a few times for the first 2 or 3 boxes of shells. Since then, I don't think it has jammed once (many rounds later, never really kept track but must be at least 1000). I have patterned it as well and it hits where its pointed. At one point I needed a new recoil spring and I had one from Stoeger in my hand in 3 days I believe, no charge. My only complaint is it kicks fairly hard but I guess that's the price to pay for ultra reliability with everything from trap loads to 3 inch shells.
I also own their 20 inch coach gun. Again, no complaints. IMHO these shotguns are great value for the money.
