Stoney Lake Funshoot 2012

Think I've gotten PMs out to all the "regulars".
Room for about 10 more shooters.

July 28, 2012
Near Elk Point, Alberta, about 2 hrs NE of Edmonton.

Room for some camper parking, also a county campground half-mile away.

100-300 yard sight-in range available. Steel targets 400 - 750yd, and at 1050yd. Range is car-accessable, and 50 friendly.

Supper and refreshments are supplied.

Perhaps a BP Cannon demonstration this year?

Pretty full last I counted, but shoot a PM if you're interested, theres usually cancellations as the time gets closer.

Put a big target out at 500 the 45/70 and I plan to seek it. Bringing 150 - 500 grain bullets to throw at it. Fun times. Can't wait to see the cannon launch something!

I have been casting lead in anticipation for some "antique" precision.

I didn't notice this shoot. I wish I had of jumped on it sooner. If I didn't already have plans I would have gone. I need to get a list made so I know when all these shoots are.
