All the "regulars" are confirmed, I believe, but we still have room for a few more shooters if anybody is interested.

A medium-range funshoot, located 2 hours east of Edmonton.
Steel from 400 - 1050 yds, plus a 100 - 300 sight-in range if required.
50 friendly.
Room to camp, refreshments, supper, and probably a bit of BS supplied.

I should stay at armorman's place friday night and drag him along if he's not already coming. I'll be there. I need a flat shady spot for a tent, sat night!!

How early friday do I have to arrive to get the best shady camping spot?
How many are arriving friday night?
Ok if I invite a few more?
Armorman says he wants a bucket of whisky sat night after the shoot, so I have to find somewhere that sells it in buckets!! The lastest whisky people are talking about is the new Black Crown Royal. I wonder how it tastes?
My outlook is "After the first couple who cares"!!

I will be in St Paul Friday night with the wife. First stop on holidays is this shoot, should be fun. What time are things getting started on Satarday morning? Do you need help setting up as well? Should be in St Paul about 7.

Ok, where the hell is Stoney Lake...:p? Is that up by Conklin somewhere?

On a serious note, I'm looking forward to kickin' Hugh's as$ at the 1050 yarder. He said he's bringing a truck load of Tangle Ridge for apres-shooting.......he'll need it....:nest:.

Oh here we go with chris's timberpup again!! Out shooting me Huh:onCrack:! I'll take the scope off mine to even out the contest. You better come friday night so I can set the stage for saturday:owned::stirthepot2:.
Good Times Ahead.

I'm interested. I have to see how things play out.
What kind of things does a guy need to bring if he's coming out for the day? Rifle (obviously). Do you need gongs? Stands?

Cooler for your lunch and refreshments. Because its usually 39.9 degrees the day of the shoot. Sunscreen, lawn chair, bug repellent. Pm Dmay about targets/stands. I take a picnick table umbrella to shoot under.

Weather is looking good for Satarday, high of 21 and winds out of the East at 5KM.

See you Satarday.

Hope that forecast holds true.....we got another inch and a half yesterday. Too wet to cut the grass on the line, so everybody bring your biggest boots and we'll tramp 'er down......:D

See ya'll Saturday.

Well D ya put on another fine shoot and spoiled us with gifts and food. Next year please call it a fun hit instead of fun shoot!! I'm tired of sending ammo down range to till the hillside. Interesting winds.
Oh and being a legal (oldtimer) I need bigger targets closer 300 yards.
So my neighbour has a big piece of aluminum off some machine. He said I can have it and I'll put it at 300 yards at my shoot. Then I'll be able to hit something haha.
Thanks again D
love the t-shirt

Thanks to everybody for coming out and making it a great day.
Special thanks to Germain and Armorman for helping me set it all up.
