Storage of brass?

I use a bunch of clear plastic bins with lids from the dollar store. All stack up nicely and easy to label and manipulate. Got about 300-800 of each rifle caliber I shoot stored up that way.

The bulk of mine are in boxes.

Rifle brass are in a combo of Folgers and mixed nuts containers.

Holy smokes Jimbo14 that is alot of brass! I was at crappy tire today and walked down the aisle with bins, picked up 2 small 5L ones for $4 a piece that should work well.

Cheers,
Chris

I clean the brass and then I dry it in my brass drier. Then I seal it in an air tight container and pull some paper towel in the bottom of the container. The paper towel should absorb any moisture. I have used zip lock bags, Betty Crocker plastic sandwich boxes and know use clear plastic Quart and Gallon jars. Storing it clean, dry and properly labeled are the keys. .

Used clear milk bags with twist ties for smaller quantities such as prepared or weight-sorted brass. Larger quantities go into kitty-litter jugs.
