Storm hunting for Canada Geese

Looks like tomorrow morning is going to be wet and windy here on PEI with up to 100mm rain and winds gusting to 90km/h. It's been cold the last couple days and the geese have not been moving much so tomorrows high of +5 should get them moving. So what better way to spend that day then hunting Canada Geese from a covered pit blind. Probably going to have to pound stakes into the ground to keep the decoys from blowing away but meah... better than work!
Wish us luck! ( and the bilge pump is packed...really)

It was a good day! Limited on ducks within an hour. The geese took longer but got a limit on them too. - And in the words of Ricky from the Trailer Park Boys, I got 2 birds stoned at once! One shot- 2 Canada geese...
It was wet, cold and miserable, but 100% worth it!
