I haveThis is a bit of a long story. I have an STI Steelmaster with the top mount C-more. This was a new gun about 1 month ago. I put approx. 800 rounds through it without 1 failure to feed and then started to get a stove pipe jam every 20 rounds or so. I filed the bottom half of the ejector to about 30deg. and it solved the problem (next 300 rounds with no trouble). Last weekend the ejector got bent upwards 1/2 way through a magazine (6th round). It appeared that one of the magasines I was using was slightly to high and must of contacted the ejector, yet I don't understand why it took 5 rounds before the failure and it was bunt up a lot higher than the magazine would be capable of. The ejector was bent up to the point that the slide would not close. I disassembled the gun and straightened the ejector. After that, I had the stove pipe issue again. In an attempt to compensate for any change in the ejector position, I filed more of an angle on the end of the ejector at 3 different times testing between each adjustment. I now have the ejector filed almost to a point in an attempt to contact the brass at the very top and lower the brass trajectory. I was still getting the stove pipe jams every 5-6 rounds. this morning I tried a heavier load (4.0g Tightgroup 124gr bullet instead of the 3.7gr that I had been running) to see if it was a side cycling issue..... still got the stove pipe jams. Does anyone have and ideas of what might be going on?
I have checked and believe that I do have correct extractor tension (the brass will rattle slightly when I shake the slide, but will not drop out).

Thanks in advance.
