Exactly right.
The Lab tried so hard to make this firearm restricted, we do not want to give them any ammunition against us.
For this same reason we will not be importing the 1919 stock adapters, sorry

This is very disappointing news, and is the first time I have heard that you are now back-tracking on the Picatinny Stock Adapters. Up until now, you had told us that those adapters were definitely coming, to the point that some of us have spent $$ on fixed Picatinny Stocks in anticipation of their arrival. I recently acquired an adapter from a different source, however that does not change the fact that you led us on for months only to change your mind and not bother to tell anyone before now. That is pretty lame customer relations and communications IMHO....

Nobody like bad news that's for sure.
I have no doubt that many of the retailers in Canada wish they were not under ever increasing restrictions on what they can sell to their customers, specially when there is obvious demand... there have been no shortage of companies pushing the boundaries and trying to work around the nonsense just to be slapped for their troubles and treated like a threat to safety. It's not shocking that some are getting gun shy.
