Strange issue?

I am new to the world of striker fired handguns so maybe this isn’t an issue, and is my fault not the guns. I bought a Canik TP9SA off the EE. I am fairly happy with it so far but when I was getting a feel for the trigger reset I noticed something.

When I dry fire the gun, and with the trigger still depressed I can #### the gun. I then slowly let the trigger out to reset the striker and get a feel for the trigger reset. No problems there. The problem arises if I try to do this a second time in a row. If I do this then I can’t fully #### the gun. On the second iteration I have to let the trigger fully out, fully ####, then dry fire and I can check the trigger reset again. If I try to the trigger reset twice in a row I can only partially move the slide but not enough to #### the gun.

In case anyone comes scores a similar problem and requires help.

It Looks like the issue was a trigger bar that was ever so slightly out of alignment. This allowed the trigger bar to slip around the trigger block plunger during trigger reset. This resulted in the trigger having to be let all the way out so the trigger bar could re-align. I was able to remove the trigger bar and bend it ever so slightly back in my vice. The trigger now resets correctly.
