I agree with Grizzleypeg and think it should be possible provided its a slight sweep if you use some kind of dial indicator or even a straight edge to find and mark the high spot with a marker and press here with lower supports spaced depending on the severity of the bend and the taper of the barrel. dont try to straighten it all at once but get a feel for how much it moves in a few tests.
