Strikefire on NEA rail: cowitness?

Hey does anyone know if a vortex strikefire on a low mount with cowitness with the factory irons on an nea upper handguard?

I have a sparc on my 58 and it won't co witness unless I'm at 600 on the range adjustment. The emitter for the red dot is in the way.
