I was told by the owner this afternoon that I legally owned my purchase, and that they had to send it out instead of cancelling and refunding.

I guess that would be the case if the transfer went through before the CFP system got shot down at around 5pm Ottawa time yesterday; as stated by another retailer.

All transfers for valid orders have been initiated and all non valid orders have been refunded.

We will ship once we receive the transfer approval from the provincial CFO for the associated province.
