Stripped lowers

Not being a smart ass, but define inexpensive...

Questar, Saskatoon gun works (awesome guy), or nea would be my guess.

Depending on what you want to pay, I can part with mine....

I may also be interested. While I can't actually afford to build anything, the idea came from an other post on CGN. The idea is to get just a stripped lower, cuz it still counts as the entire machine. The more people have them, the harder it is to have any negative impact on them. Just curious, if it counts as the whole thing, do I need to double lock it even though it is clearly not able to function?

Treat it as if it was a regular restricted firearm.

One of the dumbest firearm law in existence but there you have it. Can't fix stupid.

Well, there has to be ONE part that is controlled. Otherwise, someone without a RPal could buy ALL the parts. And I supposed if it weren't safely secured it could go missing more easily?, and then if found a person could buy the rest without licensing?... That's the only sense I could make of it. (Not an arguement whether or not it should be restricted though)
