Stripped torx screws

This is what you use not some bic lighter or a toy electric solder gun,heat it up with your torch and then hold it on the screw head and a couple of applications and the heat will transfer and the locktite will give up. Its not rocket science.Don't reinvent the wheel.

Well..finally got the replacement screws from JP. Ultimately, I tried everything from heat, to a soldering iron, to a lighter....nothing worked.

I picked up some grabbits from Canadian tire and they did perfectly. The one thing I've learned about removing small stripped screws is that once the actual grabbit bit is used, the drill speed has to be very very slow. Once the bond is broken, you're in the clear

I doubt that would work with flush T10 torx screws
