who makes the strongest rail? rifle length, mid length, carbine?

I would have to say a Daniel Defence Omega Lite rail if your looking for a short 7" rail but if it's a full length one LaRue is top on my list but the Non-American atitude sucks the big one.

KAC URX by design.

Larue, DD and KAC FF RAC FF handguards are all based on the same design. They are pretty much the same thing, just vary cosmetically. I really see no advantage of paying extra dollars or expending extra effort to get LaRue for FF handguard.

I have a Yankee Hill rifle length, works just fine for me. Never felt it flex or anything like that.

I have a MI, Troy, and a Brugger and Thomet...

i personally like the BT the best but I think the general rule is anything that makes you say "@#$% thats expensive!!) is usually going to be enough for range firing and the occasional "whoops, dropped my rifle!"

another good way to filter out the crap is to find out if its popular on the Airsoft sites.. (sad but true)

If your not attaching grips, lights, etc go with the Hogue, it's less than 1/4 the price of some mentioned.
