Stuck case

Just started loading for my .303. Bot dies off eBay. Mistake. While extracting the casings from the die, it took all I had to lift the lever on my Rock Chucker.
On the second shot on the range, I extracted the shell. Well, some of it. The head and about 1/2" of the casing.
Any ideas as to how to extract the rest of the casing?

buy a stck case remover - RCBS sells them.
Did you use lube?

Just to be clear the broken case is stuck in your rifle, not the reloading die?

There is a tool for removing stuck cases from a rifle chamber. Before you buy it try this:
On a strong cleaning rod install a bronze bore brush that is slightly large for the interior of the cartrdige case. Push the rod and brush into the chamber and broken case with a strong screwing motion (that would be rotary not back and forth). Now try and yank it all out. If it won't budge put a brass rod down the bore until it contacts the front of the brush. Whap the end of the rod with a mallet. Either the brush will back out or the broken case will come out on the brush.

Since its a 303, you're in luck. One prescribed method is to run another round into the chamber, get it a bit tight, than slap back on the bolt-handle. Usually, both of them come out at the same time. If that doesn't work, you can generally get away with a tight patch, or even a rolled-up piece of paper towel, into the muzzle and then run it down with a rod; it will catch the squared-off case-mouth and generally push it out. (not my words, I just copied this from smellie's post about the matter).

take a look at my threat a few down - same problem. Ended up using a tap and got it out that way without too much issue!

45 cal brush pushed into the neck the pull it backward's. The bristle's wil bite into shell

Your broken bases likely are from too much case resizing... Resize your cases just enough so the bolt closes freely... A lot of No 1 Mk III(*) have way oversize chambers.

Then, your cases not getting out almost freely from the die comes from not lubricating the inside of the neck.
