I was sizing .308 brass with a lee full sizing die and I got a stuck case. Yes the brass was lubed. The instructions say to loosen the decapper clamp and use a punch on the decapper pin to drive the case free. It did, it won't budge.

In the morning I will go buy a better punch and smack it some more.
Do you have any other ideas, if not I will send it to lee to fix.

check you tube and find out on there how to use a stuck case puller, they can be bought factory or home made using a socket, some washers and a 1/4 in bolt.

If the easy methods fail, drill a small hole through the primer pocket, tap it with a 1/4 inch tap and use a bolt, over washers, or better yet, larger nuts, and pull the stuck case out.
Before you give it the final pull, the whole die should be soaked over night in Kerosene. It will then pull smoothly out.

throw it in the freezer first the different expansion coefficients may help. Steel is roughly 11, and brass 19

Great idea... But I mailed it back, I was in a but of a hurry, thank you
