Stuck choke tube

A shooting buddy of mine has a Ruger O/U shot gun with choke tubes and has not been able to get the tube out of the over barrell. Has tried all kinds of things and has sort of given up on the idea of removing it. Does some one out there have a method to be able to remove this tube?>

Believe me we have tried almost everything but it just will not come out.

Try soaking the end of the barrel with tubes in diesel fuel for a couple of days......

take it to a Gunsmith it cheaper then buying new barrels for it if he F%#$@ it up
