yes its called the Equipment Exchange. You have to join that forum by going to your userpanel and then going to "group memberships" and applying in there for access. A mod will then approve your access.

It can sometimes take 2 weeks or more for access to be granted. Be patient, if you complain you will be moved to the bottom of the pile.
