So what do you owners think of this neat gun? Is any good? Price is OK and the main thing is I can take it coyote hunting. I'd like an AR but it's a range only, and I'd like a 223 semiauto for coyotes here on the farm
Just in the process of a new handguard system that stay on the rifle but still be able to completely strip it while keeping your quad rail on...i had one, super light( it is a survival rifle) never had any ftf or fte issues with it, the rod operated bolt stays cleaner than a DI bolt, runs ar mags, and you can get ar styled furniture if you like, shoots nice groups too!
Would it be the coupler with the locking screw?? That would def be tempting!!What no pick this time P@ricklol joking yours is probably the nicest build on a SU16 I've seen yet but seriously if I see one more pick of that duct tape mag coupler I'm sending you a real one
I`m happy with my SU16 so far. Groups range from 1" to 3" depending on the brand of ammo, only complaint so far is having to remove the scope to strip it down. May try a different type of optic.
I post a how to on the trigger but got flamed by lone-wolf cause it is preaty hard to do.
What ammo did you get 1" from?? And what distance.
I haven't been impressed by it yet, 4" and bigger @ 100yrds & inconsistent.
A few stovepipes, no failure to fire or feed.
Scope rings on plastic receiver doesn't leave me with confident.
Fun rifle, but I always leave it in the safe when I head out hunting.
Think I'll try an xcr next.
Damn. I should have time to do some testing tomorrow with better quality ammo then I was using.
