SU-16 stock parts? or suggest another NR .223

ok thanx! so it works out to be the same. my FX was 1399 after tax. I already have the red dot it comes with sold as my vortex red dot will be going on instead.
 
Yes its pretty much the same,I ordered the pistol grip stock from Calgary shooting today,that will take 10 days to get here.It,s a bit of a pain to get everything,but i,ll still have it before i would have had the FX. But I still would have been happy with the FX just did,nt want to wait.Went out behind the house today and put 40 rnds through it.On 2 instances I pulled the trigger ,firing pin engaged but no bang.anybody know what that,s all about.I had to remove the mag and recock then it was fine.
 
I have a question about mags and need some info.I have a 10 rnd mag it says Kel tec on the bottom ,is this legal to use? I also have 2 mags that are twice the size but only hold 5 not sure of the name but i,m guessing these are pinned. All mags are plastic.
 
if the kel tec one says lar pistol then its legal. if not pin it or melt it. I remember reading about similar firing pin issues on the kel tec forums. not sure off hand tho. are you using surplus ammo?
 
The 10 rnd mag says Keltec,and it oviously was purchased with the rifle.It was still in the unopened wrapper.I fired off 40 rnds of American Eagle so far,I have some norinco but after reading all the posts on here I think I won,t be using that.I do all my shooting in back of my house so I can,t use fmj which are usualy a lot cheaper.
 
if you bought it with the rifle then it sould have been 5 rounds only mags marked LAR pistol can be 10 rounds. guess you lucked out just dont get caught with it
 
ya they are pricey here too $34 but I picked up a few of the mag couplers and its much gooder! that way they are longer and look better in the gun. looking forward to the pics! helps me pass the time while I wait for my FX
