Been reading about gen 2 front sight problems (turning on barrel & windage adjuster turning on its own), saw a video stating problem now fixed by Kel-Tec, but did not state how it was fixed.

Anybody know if there is an updated version of the gen 2 and how to tell the difference?
Found a post on a youtube video stating there was a locknut for the front sight instead of a set screw.
