Got mine in March. No real need to sit here typing how cool they are, that they fold in half, that the sights SUCK............
Most S2K threads/posts seem pretty similar.

They all echo what I said above but a lot of them show some failures. Some people say you cant limpwrist the S2K.

I only have a few boxes through my 9mm Glock version. A few boxes of cheapo Barnaul steel case 115gr fmj. You know, among the worst you're gonna find by the box.
First box or two was in like FREEZING weather (pffff yeah RIGHT!! I wouldn't SLEEP knowing I had a brand new S2K in the house. There was NO..wait for it to warm up). Zero issues running the stock Glock mag, a 10/33rd 9mm KCI mag or a 12/31 (wink) .40S&W mag.

Next outing I popped my bumpfire cherry. First time ever trying it...BRRRRRRRRRRAP click
WOOHOO!!! :-O
Again Again Again :)
BRRRRRRRRRRRRAP BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAP BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAP
DAMN that's fun. I had never shot a full auto ANYTHING before.

I have taken it-out two more times (only been shooting it in Semi-Automatic mode lol $$$$$$) and here is my point...

A SUB2000 is good for 3 things. Looking at, folding, and bumpfiring.
A SUB2000 is NOT good for 3 things. Shooting, aiming, and adjusting the front sights. lol
Especially for a Left-handed shooter like me. Holy peppering me in the FACE with molten GSR Batman, I need to MacGuyver an ejection port "shield"?

The most SHOCKING thing about this S2K though is it's 100% reliability.
I have had not a single FTEj, FTF, FTEx, stovepipe, NOTHING!
Oh wait...
I put a length of innertube condom over the plastic un-closing pistolgrip and twice it kinda worked down a bit and so I hadn't completely seated the magazine. Click.
NOT the gun's fault.

I wonder if I just got lucky with this one or something? I do run it pretty wet. Well it isn't soaked or dripping or anything but it isn't dry.

SO...at least for me and my Glock S2K (just the regular GEN2 one or gen1 as most people would call it but to me the SUB9 was gen1, this is gen2 and the NEW fancy one is ..gen3) in 9mm Glock, after a couple hundred rounds (no scientific study I know), shouldered, limp wristed, hipshot, hot out or cold, clean or dirty, wet or wet...reliability has been 100% trouble-free.

Go get one fellas. They really ARE the coolest thing. As long as you don't have to actually aim and shoot one lol. I'm (half) kidding. I love this thing.

How about all y'other S2K owners. Reliability issues? Any brand/style of ammo it doesn't like? I might buy a box of something other than 115 fmj one of these days.

Ya, very Surprised with just how reliable it actually is, as long as it's clean and fairly well lubed. I find, after 200 rounds or so, it starts to FTE, where the bolt jams the brass into the front edge of the ejection port, chewing the brass and gouging a little chunk of plastic lol! I shoot it left-handed too and have adopted a head-up "instinctive" aiming method (like with my recurve). I find my accuracy doesn't change much, either 'careful aiming' or just walking 10 rounds onto target :)
