Any sub 2000 owners using wasp 124 9mm? Mine new sub seems fussy, only likes 124. But not sure about investing in 1000 of the wasp reloads without some history from other sub owners.
Thanks

Depending which version you have, you may find the supplied mag that came with it is a POS. Mine was made by Pro-Mag

I have the Beretta 92 mag version and it was a jam-o-matic with the supplied Pro-Mag clip. Once I started using Beretta mags, it has not jammed since with any weight of bullet or load.

If you have not tried a different clip, you may have a clip issue, not a load specific issue.

Mine came with a Glock mag. I have about 300 rounds through it. Maybe it will get better after more rounds.
Thanks

Mine was terrible at chewing up brass and catching the ejected shell and squashing it into the front of the ejection port. After about 800 rounds or so, as long as it's 'fairly' clean and oiled, it runs great

Is it a genuine Glock mag or a knock off of a Glock mag? I would try a different clip for sure. I was convinced mine had a sensativity to the rounds being feed, but now with a different mag, everything works fine.

It came with a genuine Glock mag. I guess I need to put 500 more rounds through it. I'm retiring soon, so I should have the time.

I got my sub-2000 ( 9mm Beretta mag ) over a year ago, from what I remember on the first 100 rounds I got some stove pipe jam, may be 4 or 5, always on the last round of the mag.
Only on the first 100 rounds, I can't remember having any jam since, I shot over a 1000 round with it, using every brand and load I tried (115, 124 and 147 in Remington, Winchester, American Eagle, Geco, Sellier Bellot, Blazer both brass and aluminum even if they are not recommended)

It's a good idea to check the mag first, the space between the lips of the mag can affect how high the tip of the round waiting to be chambered will be and the angle also.

Last summer I used the mag that came with it (pro-mag) and Check-Mate 9mm (Beretta 92) mags bought separately.
This summer I also got Mac-Gar .40S&W (Beretta 96) mags, I only shot around 100 rounds using theses, but they seems to work fine, one was good strait out of the box, the other needed some adjustments, the lips were slightly to wide raising the tip of the round too high to feed properly, made it smaller by a few hundredths of an inch (measured with a caliper :) ) it works fine since.

Just in case someone wonders why use 40S&W mags in a 9mm gun.. http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/bulletins/bus-ent/20110323-72-eng.htm points 4 and 5

Mine was a little picky when new but after 500-800 rounds it felt like it was broken in and started to cycle anything I fed it. By 1000 rounds it was very reliable. Then I sold it, lol.
