I have used 3 pounds so far in my 303, 44-40, 25-20, 43 Mauser,
Mostly cast bullets other than the 44-40 and 303.
I've gotten 303 loads to 450fps without sticking bullets using 200gr cast. I made some molds that were bore rider so they didn't have very much bearing surface But 180gr flat base cast at 1000fps was probably the most used.
I shot lots of 115gr cast in the 303 using tightgroup at about 1200 fps for plinking in the yard. I bought a box of 500 from rusty wood
I also bought a box of pull down 123gr bullets and shot lots of them at 1200fps in the 303. Could have easily dropped it to subsonic say 1050fps
and my 44-40 loads to 550fps 300gr jacketed bullets none issue sticking bullets. Often shot them around 900fps though. Lots of cast too
43 Mauser was just plinking loads at 360gr cast at 850 fps
And the 25-20 was cast at 1200fps
I would use it in anything honestly. But it's a very fast powder so never try to hotrod it. There is always better powders for going faster
You could use it in most rifle cases and get 1000fps simple enough.
I also used at least a pound of w231 in all this process as well. That power works pretty good at low charge weights but tightgroup was cleaner I found.
I always use magnum primers for all my rifle loads.
