The large capacity magazine up here in Canada would be pinned to 10 unless is was for a LEO, and they all seem to be shooting, glocks, berettas and sigs.
People say that. The Witness is an italian made gun. I've heard they are made in the same place a lot of the CZ's are made too. Mag limits are no issue here, depending on the state. In PA I can own an AK-47 with a 40 round clip no problem. That same gun in Maryland is a no-no. I'm not sure I can help you with the mag limit bit, as I'm not aware of all the laws. I have a Glock 36 too. Its a .45 and holds 6+1. That might be an option too. Is self defense allowed in Canada? Like if someone broke into your house at night could you shoot them? If so I'd go a lot higher then a 9mm. I'd get a .40 or a .45 to stop a burglar, if thats what you are looking for.
