Suggestions for a plinker

I am thinking of a .22 for range plinking. I am partial to a single action revolver but not completely.

What is the most reliable and accurate Make/model out there that is inexpensive ( under $250 ) that is either new or used ?

Get a norinco m93 woodsman copy. Cheap and reliable semi auto ($150 with 2 mags).
