Suggestions for new rifle

Hey guys, so I got a good deal on a new SAN Black Special 1/10" with diopter sights, exactly what I was looking for, however, the out of province retailer wants to charge me PST for the order, can they do that? I swear I'm certain that I've never been charged PST from any other OOP orders but I may be wrong. It's gonna suck if they have to because it will be just over my credit limit on my card.
 
Would recommend the tavor for you its an amazing rifle and if I had the money I would definatly grab one.

Or HK SL8 with full conversion kit to make it like the G36 would also be a great buy.

First off - congrats on the purchase. They are mighty fine rifles.

Secondly, regarding your payment on your CC. Have the retailer charge half of it (or 90% if you want too) and go online and pay it off, then have the remaining balance charged on your CC whenever you call the retailer back to advise them that your card has been paid.

Which province is the retailer in?

Out of province from Manitoba should be just 5% GST.
