Suggestions for slugscope rings

Hi everyone,

I am looking for recommendations on scope rings to be mounted on my 12 gauge shotgun. I got the Nikon slughunter scope and will be mounting it to a cantilevered base.

Burris Zee or Vortex Viper rings are some of my favorites. MDT has some really rings as well. You can't go wrong!

Low Burris Zee rings, Nikon 2x7 slug hunter on a rifled 870 barrel with cantilevered mount.

I have a cantilevered barrel as well but with my top tang safety I'm not sure what size rings I will need. I'm looking for someone with a similar set up as mine (mossberg 535 cantilever deer barrel with a 40mm objective scope).

Med most likely, before I put the Nikon on I had a Bushnell banner 3x9x40 but it didn’t have enough eye relief so I switched it for the Nikon. It’s 2x7x32 and lows are perfect.
