Suggestions - Sight Alignment - AR 15?

Over the winter, I put on a the flip up front sight, a F/O front sight and a detachable rear sight on my AR.

I just got back from the range and it seems that either the front sight is too high or the rear sight is too low, as I can't adjust the front sight low enough or adjust the rear sight high enough to get a 100 yard zero. I'm 16" low at 100.

Any suggestions for a quick fix? Is there an attachment I can put on my flat top to raise up the rear sight?

Thanks - will try to call. Can't go anywhere the rest of this weekend; my range time was my only personal time this weekend; gotta work tomorrow - shipment due at airport. And then there's the work that follows that... If all else fails, I'll bring it in to AMA Wednesday.

I'm on leave this week and will be making multiple trips to the range to do load testing/development on my Remington.

Apparently, JS has the same problem on his ZM Weapons AR. He has a different front sight - his F/R are from the same vendor, too.

In the meantime, I'm sending off import permits for rail inserts and other rear sight just in case...
