I'm pretty sure that's just the citric acid doing its business. Lemishine and water is cheaper..

I agree. I prefer Lemishine but in a pinch necessity is the mother of invention I'd keep the ketchup for the fries lol

Add water and sulfuric acid to copper and it makes copper sulphate.
