Well, it was my goal to amass a few high-end 1911s (in .45Auto) to shoot for the summer, and as of today my mini-collection is complete. Opening each box was a definite treat:

1) Wilson Combat Professional
2) STI U.S.P.S.A
3) STI Tactical 4.15, hard-chromed

Pics added. The USPSA is shockingly nice. I thought it would be a good looker when I ordered it, but I was blown away when I opened the box. The pics don't do it justice. Has a custom serial number too: USPSA1###
 
GREAT...

I really like the grip serrations on the STI USPSA.

That is one sweet piece.

The two-tone finish of the USPSA isn't showing properly in the photos. In the pics is looks like a blued gun with oil on the slide. The top of the slide is matte black. The sides of the slide are a high-polished yet darker stainless steel. Really quite striking.
