The shipping is expensive because UPS considers it as a "remote area", the shipping cost is set up by UPS.

Even the newly corrected price is still a great deal.

My local GS consistently has the highest posted component prices in Canada (H4831Sc currently listed at $100/lb).

Instead of bi#tching about the honest dealers that aren’t trying to bend you, why not get off of your wallet and support them (or keep your negative comments to yourself and move on).
