It should be there any day now. 300 rnds, 16 stages. 13 squads 9 shooters per squad.

Why you are using random sqading?

You can make the request but there are no guarantees. Busting the squads helps keep things fair. Sadly some have to suffer because of the actions of a few. Busting groups is not uncommon. Request should be sent to the match director, Serge Noel.

Your concerns have been brought to the match directors attention. Other than that all I can say is if you have a squading request submit it to him and see what happens. I'm wondering though, did you all get to pick who shot with at the Nationals? Seriouse question, I really have no idea as I've never had anything to do with squading.
