Just curious, how would a guy get a mount done when the velvet is peeling off?
One day I would love to get a Caribou, I think a Woodland is in order and much to my delight my wife wants one too.

Nice. How do they taste?

Kind of like moose, but less gamey. I'd prefer it to moose, but second to deer. Tasty stuff!
