this was in respect to a home built 1919a4 that I never did build

they stated the "reciever" cannot be the orig size

an orig bolt cannot fit

the orig trigger group cannot fit

the reason was becasue the user could simply slip in orig parts and have a FA

this was also stated on a sub gun Ive submitted

Please spencer prove me WRONG ( I do want to be wrong on this) submit the gun and get an FRT shown non or restricted

and ill build one the same day

I don't understand Spencer's indifference to a couple of questions. Surely he would not be so brazen as to be ignoring the DCG regulations, the regulations re discharge of restricted arms, or be constantly importing controlled items without permits, and then openly display it all on the CGN website, would he?

The issue is not StenCollector, it's you.

As genuinely interesting as this project is, and delightful to see someone else putting together a project, the concerns (as I see them) that have been raised are valid.

If you're discharging a restricted firearm at a location where it is not legal to do so, that's against the law.

If you've imported parts kits for a machine-gun without following all the correct procedures, then that's against the law.

BZ to you for building a really COOL project. It would be a shame if that was all for naught because someone had to break the law in order to accomplish it.

So, you may not have to justify yourself to StenCollector.

You will, however, have to justify that you have not broken any laws to the board admins.
