Long story short,

I am part of another forum that is frequented by Americans mostly....and someone there started a gun owners thread. Shortly after I got bitten by the gun bug and now here I am.

Since I'm kind of new to this, I am very happy to see a forum like this that is not only active, but CANADIAN as well.

At the moment I don't even have a PAL for long guns but in the long run I would like to go the whole 9 yards with an ATT, Restricted license, Club Membership etc....

But I guess I will relegate these questions to the appropriate forae.

I hope this is the case. If we're lucky, there can one day be enough of us that politicians will start pandering to us instead of screwing us over. :cool: Either way, I plan on getting people on board with me.



And Stormbringer, I was being facetious when saying "sup"...but I insist you reserve that beating for the next jackass who uses it. Or anyone else who uses the words like "shorty" or "mami" on our side of the border. Bleugh!


I'm around Peterborough Ontario, and I'll relocate to Toronto in the next couple of months. But I'll be renting a place and using public transit, I don't know how tough (or possible) they are gonna make it for me to get licensed.

When I get set up I will definitely call upon you guys for help though. Looks like a pretty awesome community out here.


As for dream guns that I am hellbent on buying, there are 2 that stand out.

1.) This Remington 870 retooled by elite tactical systems

I know, I got a lot of saving to do. :(
Hope to see you on the range in 4 years when the BATF finally lets these into Canada LOL.
