Super fun with new Ruger MkIII 22/45

I think we will be ordering one here pretty quick.

Anyone know were you can get a holster for one of these 22/45's?

No, the 22/45 requires it's own magazines, and the MkIII pistols with either frame require specific mags in order to engage all of the lawyer-resistant internal safety doodads.
