super long S&J Hardware shipping time?

should I be concerned? I order a charging handle for my 1100 on November 14th from S&J and it's still not arrived. Has anyone else experienced a super long wait time like this??

Canada Post probably lost the original. I've had two pieces of mail simply disappear into the oblivion that CP calls a postal system in the last month and a half.
 
YEAH!! stoked a new one is coming, stoked on your customer service. I'll be sending some Christmas money your way in the new year...

Over the last 3 years of trading, buying and selling on CGN, I have made 5 claims to CP, and another 3 that were related to each other, they breakdown like this:

3- packages were lost
2- were incredibly late, in which a call to a CP rep saw a delivery made the very next day (coincidental don't you think?)

3- related, twice I had a "long box" shipped to me, each time, the "Delivery agent" claimed my address did not exist and it was sent back to the sender!. Which is kind of insulting considering that I live there for a few years already... The third time was to insure that CP had my address in the system and that it was to be delivered there, the sender was to get a refund on the previous shipping costs.

Overall it's been mostly positive, but given the option of tracking number and no tracking number, I will take tracking number each time for a little more.
