SuperNova Eye Candy!!!

C1A1 ,

Two year ago I was at the HK Academy and the instructors there were talking about the Fabarm and how they had a 1 week instructors' course on it the week before we were there. They were saying that, at that time, the Fabarm was having some quality control issues. Apparently, half way through the week, the guns were difficult to cycle because the receivers were bending from all of the use. I haven't heard anything about them since then though.

Does anyone know when the new SuperNova is supposed to be available? I like my Nova more than my 870 and I find it faster on follow up shots.

I agree, those are kinda cool... I remember people requesting a NOVA with pistol grip.

The Nova's aren't too badly priced for Canada... hope these ones are not priced any higher.

I'd get one if the price was right.

I have both a Benelli M121A1 semi and a Remington 1100 and I love 'em both.

There is alot you can do with the Remington.

Benelli's are expensive but work like a charm. If you can find a used one they are worth it.

Great point about the Stoeger's I completely forgot about them. They are every bit as reliable as the Benelli from what I hear and look pretty much the same.:)

I forget to mention that I also have a tricked out 870 (Tactical) and a Nova that I use for hunting. With the advice of a couple of members here I was able to mount an extended mag tube on my Nova and it has become my 3gun shotgun.. I truly believe it's faster than the 870... (Not much but every little bit helps).

The Supernova looks awesome and I prefer that type of pistol grip so I'll probably get one and just switch barrels from one Nova to the other for hunting/3 gun. The barrels are worth almost as much as the whole gun anyway.

Watch out for Photoshop
"SuperNova Tactical Shown With Optional Collapsible Tactical Stock, Rifled Barrel and Ghost-Ring Sights - Synthetic - 12ga"
Look at the stock on this one. You would think that a company this big could afford a better graphic artist.

Nice gun, but let's hope that Stoeger will import it in the country. Hope they don't get afraid because it's tactical...

Yeah, they seem to be a little "un-informed" on what the laws actually are here in Canada.

If it's "tactical" they don't want anything to do with it.

Spoke to my usal retailer this morning. He told me that the turkey model with the steadygrip is on the Stoeger ordering catalog. 24" barrels. Camo or black. Between 650 and 750 (camo) $$$ As for the tactical....don't know. We should ask a more specialized dealer as Wolverine, The Egde, P&D...etc.

I just checked the LeBarons site and they list the SuperNova.
