Supernova pump or stoeger semi

Upgrading from a Weatherby pa08 pump was leaning towards the stoeger m3500 because I wanted a semi but that Benelli supernova pump looks like a solid shotgun for roughly the same price.. What are your guys opinions on these two shotguns?

There is no comparison, the Italian benelli is what you want.

I shot geese for couple of seasons with a SuperNova, there's nothing wrong with the gun.

Nope. Was a great shotgun. Was my first. Just wanted to upgrade. Was going to go with a stoeger m3500 but the Benelli supernova caught my eye

I would go with Benelli. A lot of people will tell you the Stoeger is owned by Benelli and the quality is good.
I have m3020 and M2 and there is no comparison, the benelli is leagues ahead of the Stoeger

If you want the semi buy the semi. If you buy another pump you will still want the semi auto. It's usually cheaper in the long run to just buy what you want when you want it than it is to compromise short term

I feel that but I'm probably just going to trade the gun in eventually for a better semi eventually.

Yup, another vote for the SuperNova. If you want to get a semi, consider the Benelli M4 or the slightly less pricy Beretta 1301.

For a pump a Nova/Supernova is superb.
