Moulds
You could try nei moulds (neihandtoolsdotcom). They have a rather large selection. You could also precision grind the base band area off a longer mould to get the weight you want. There are a couple of custom mould maker in the US that might help you. LBT moulds and Victory moulds are a couple.

Bullet wght is 78-79 grains, not sure of design.
Slug ain't called "slug" for nothin.
Buy the Lee 7mm mold and have someone mill about 1/3 off of the top (it cuts like butter) so that's it's shorter, lighter and a plain base. Re-drill and reattach the sprue cutter and it's done. If you can't find someone with a mill, try doing it carefully with a hacksaw and then true up the top
. It's been done, and all you have to lose is about $30. 
Failing that, Mountain Molds can do up a custom for about $120 and their work is excellent.
